1. These Terms and Conditions

  1. 1.1 Mannings BoostUP A Wellness and Beauty Fiesta (the “Event”) is a wellness and beauty event organised by 120 Collective Limited in collaboration with The Dairy Farm Company, Limited trading as Mannings (collectively, the “Organisers”), and will be held from 25 to 26 April 2026 at Great Lawn, West Kowloon Cultural District, Tsim Sha Tsui.
  2. 1.2 These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs“) constitute a legally binding legal agreement between the Organisers and you (“Participant“), governing your purchase of tickets for, entry to, and participation in the Event and any associated activities.
  3. 1.3 By purchasing a ticket, entering the Event venue, or participating in any Event activities, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs in their entirety, as may be amended from time to time in accordance with Clause 17.5. If you do not agree to these T&Cs, you must not purchase a ticket for, enter, or participate in the Event.

2. Ticket Purchase

  1. 2.1 Tickets for the Event may be purchased through the Organisers’ official ticketing platform (the “Platform“) or such other authorised sales channels as may be notified by the Organisers from time to time. Each prospective Participant must:
    • 2.1.1 accurately and truthfully complete all mandatory fields and provide all required personal data;
    • 2.1.2 expressly consent to the collection, storage, use, disclosure, and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Organisers’ Personal Information Collection Statements (as published on the Platform or otherwise made available);
    • 2.1.3 expressly acknowledge and accept these T&Cs in their entirety; and
    • 2.1.4 pay the applicable ticket price (the “Fee“) together with any applicable charges, if any.
  2. 2.2 Your submission of a completed purchase form on the Platform (or completion of purchase through any authorised channel) constitutes an unconditional and irrevocable offer by you to enter into a legally binding agreement with the Organisers to purchase the ticket(s) for and attend the Event strictly subject to these T&Cs.
  3. 2.3 A legally binding agreement between the Organisers and you shall only be formed upon your receipt of the Organisers’ email confirmation of your ticket purchase (the “Confirmation Email“), following which the transaction shall be final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable except as expressly provided in these T&Cs.

3. Eligibility and Participant Requirements

  1. 3.1 To be eligible to attend and participate in the Event, each Participant must satisfy all of the following requirements:
    • 3.1.1 be at least 12 years of age on the date of the Event;
    • 3.1.2 if under 12 years of age, be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian who holds a valid ticket (each such child being admitted free of charge subject to clause 3.2);
    • 3.1.3 have purchased a valid ticket through an authorised channel and received the Confirmation Email (or equivalent confirmation for complimentary tickets); and
    • 3.1.4 where applicable, have completed ticket personalisation and be in possession of a valid entry pass, QR code, or other designated entry credential for admission.
  2. 3.2 Children under 12 years of age may enter the Event venue free of charge provided they remain under the continuous supervision of a ticketed parent or legal guardian throughout their attendance. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any unaccompanied child or to remove any child whose supervision is deemed inadequate.
  3. 3.3 All Participants acknowledge and confirm that they are aware of the inherent risks associated with attendance at and participation in the Event, including but not limited to physical exertion, exposure to outdoor elements, and interaction with event equipment and facilities, and that they possess or have arranged for the necessary degree of physical fitness required to safely participate in the activities they choose to undertake.
  4. 3.4 Persons who are pregnant or who have any pre-existing medical condition (including but not limited to heart disease, high blood pressure, respiratory conditions, or any other condition that may be exacerbated by physical exertion, heat, or other Event conditions) must exercise appropriate caution. The Organisers reserve the absolute right to refuse participation in specific activities or withdraw permission to participate entirely for any person known or reasonably suspected to have such conditions.
  5. 3.5 Notwithstanding any prior representations, the Organisers reserve the absolute right, acting reasonably, to suspend participation, deny access to specific activities, or remove from the Event venue entirely any Participant who appears, or whom the Organisers reasonably suspect, to be physically or mentally unfit to participate safely in any activities of the Event, without liability or obligation to provide a refund.

4. Health Declaration

  1. 4.1 By purchasing a ticket, entering the Event venue, or participating in any Event activities, you represent, warrant, and covenant to the Organisers that:
    • 4.1.1 you are in good physical and mental health and possess the necessary fitness, strength, and capability to safely participate in all activities you choose to undertake at the Event;
    • 4.1.2 you do not have any pre-existing medical condition, injury, disability, or other circumstance that would render your participation in the Event activities inadvisable, unsafe, or contrary to medical advice; and
    • 4.1.3 you shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organisers, its affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or in connection with any injury, death, or property damage suffered by you or any third party resulting from your actual or alleged lack of physical fitness or medical suitability for participation.
  2. 4.2 The Organisers reserve the right, acting reasonably, to require any Participant to disclose relevant health information and/or provide medical clearance from a qualified healthcare professional prior to permitting participation in any physical or high-risk activities.
  3. 4.3 Each Participant acknowledges that their health, fitness, or medical condition may change between ticket purchase and the Event dates. Participants assume all risk associated with such changes and shall have no right to cancel, terminate, or seek refund of their tickets based on any such change except as expressly provided in these T&Cs.

5. Fees and Payment

  1. 5.1 All ticket prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
  2. 5.2 A service charge and/or booking fee may be applied to each ticket purchase, and will be clearly disclosed and itemised prior to completion of payment.
  3. 5.3 Payment may be made by such methods as notified by the Organisers from time to time, including but not limited to:
    • 5.3.1 credit card or debit card; and
    • 5.3.2 other electronic payment methods available through the Platform or authorised sales channels.
  4. 5.4 If payment is not successfully processed or received for any reason, the Organisers reserve the absolute right to cancel the transaction immediately without notice or liability.

6. Ticket, Transfer and Cancellation Policy

  1. 6.1 Ticket Characteristics
    • 6.1.1 Each ticket admits only one named Participant.
    • 6.1.2 Tickets are valid solely for entry on the specified Event date and time.
  2. 6.2 Platform Terms Apply
    Matters relating to ticket transfers, cancellations, amendments, and refunds shall also be governed by the terms and conditions of the Platform or sales channel through which the tickets were purchased. The Organisers accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any platform-specific policies, processing fees, decisions, or disputes.
  3. 6.3 Complimentary Tickets
    Complimentary tickets (“Comps“) issued by the Organisers are subject to the following additional terms:
    • 6.3.1 Comps have no monetary or cash redemption value and are non-refundable under any circumstances;
    • 6.3.2 The Organisers reserve the absolute right to revoke, cancel, or invalidate any Comp at any time without prior notice, reason, or liability; and
    • 6.3.3 All other provisions of these T&Cs apply fully to holders of Comps.

7. Event Cancellation or Postponement by the Organisers

  1. 7.1 The Organisers reserve the absolute right, at their sole discretion, to postpone, cancel, reschedule, relocate, modify the format of, or alter the activities comprising the Event at any time for any reason whatsoever, including (without limitation):
    • 7.1.1 circumstances beyond the Organisers’ reasonable control;
    • 7.1.2 failure to obtain or revocation of necessary permits, licences, or approvals;
    • 7.1.3 any decision taken in good faith to protect the health, safety, or welfare of Participants, staff, contractors, or the public;
    • 7.1.4 changes in applicable laws or government directives; or
    • 7.1.5 Force Majeure Events (as defined in clause 7.5).
  2. 7.2 Postponement: If the Event is postponed to a rescheduled date, your ticket shall remain valid for the new date without any further action required on your part. No refunds shall be provided solely due to postponement. All refunds (if any) shall exclude any service fees, processing charges, or any other third-party costs incurred at purchase.
  3. 7.3 Full Cancellation: If the Event is cancelled in its entirety (and not rescheduled), you shall be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket price only.
  4. 7.4 Short-Notice Force Majeure Cancellation: If the Event is cancelled within 14 days of the original scheduled date due to a Force Majeure Event, no refund shall be provided, and the Organisers shall have no further liability or obligation whatsoever.
  5. 7.5 “Force Majeure Event” means any event or circumstance whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Organisers, including (without limitation): acts of God, fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural disasters; war, terrorism, riot, civil unrest, protest, strike, or labour disturbance; epidemic, pandemic, or public health emergency; government restrictions, quarantine, or travel bans; or any other cause rendering performance impossible or impracticable.

8. Weather Policy

  1. 8.1 The health and safety of all Participants, staff, and other attendees is the Organisers’ priority. The Organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel any or all Event activities due to adverse or inclement weather conditions.
  2. 8.2 For outdoor activities, the Organisers shall monitor official weather forecasts and adhere to guidelines issued by the Hong Kong Observatory.
  3. 8.3 Should a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or above, or a Red/Black Rainstorm Warning be hoisted, all outdoor activities shall be suspended or cancelled immediately. Participants must monitor official Organisers channels (website, social media, email) for real-time updates.
  4. 8.4 No refunds or compensation shall be provided for weather-related modifications, suspensions, or partial cancellations.

9. Access to Event and Admission

  1. 9.1 On arrival at the Event venue, each Participant must present:
    • 9.1.1 valid ticket Confirmation Email (digital or printed), including scannable QR code or barcode; and
    • 9.1.2 Government-issued photographic identification (if requested by staff).
  2. 9.2 The Organisers reserve the absolute right to refuse admission, revoke entry, or remove from the venue (without refund or compensation) any person who:
    • 9.2.1 displays or reports symptoms of illness (including fever, cough, fatigue, or respiratory distress);
    • 9.2.2 appears intoxicated by alcohol, drugs, or substances;
    • 9.2.3 behaves in any manner posing a risk to the safety or enjoyment of others;
    • 9.2.4 fails to comply with lawful instructions from Event staff, security, or officials; or
    • 9.2.5 cannot produce valid entry credentials or identification.

10. Participation and Conduct

  1. 10.1 Participants must comply fully with all instructions, directions, and rules issued by the Organisers, Event staff, officials, or safety personnel regarding any aspect of the Event.
  2. 10.2 The Organisers reserve the absolute right to disqualify, exclude from activities, deny venue access, or remove any Participant from the Event (without refund or compensation) if:
    • 10.2.1 false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information was provided during ticket purchase;
    • 10.2.2 there is reasonable suspicion the Participant is unfit for health or safety reasons;
    • 10.2.3 the Participant’s actions or inactions endanger others;
    • 10.2.4 the Participant is under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or prohibited substances;
    • 10.2.5 instructions from staff or officials are not followed; or
    • 10.2.6 disruptive, aggressive, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour is exhibited.
  3. 10.3 The Organisers may blacklist any Participant violating these T&Cs and refuse future ticket sales or event access without liability.
  4. 10.4 No external food, beverages (including alcohol), or consumables are permitted within the Event venue. Licensed food and beverage outlets will be available on-site.
  5. 10.5 Except for registered assistance dogs, no animals or pets are permitted anywhere within the Event venue.
  6. 10.6 Bag searches and security screenings are mandatory on entry. Prohibited items will result in denied entry or rejection without refund.
  7. 10.7 Use, operation, or possession of drones, UAVs, remote-controlled devices, or similar equipment is strictly prohibited within or above the Event venue under any circumstances.

11. Designated Merchant and Retail Purchases

  1. 11.1 The Event includes retail spaces, pop-up shops, booths, and services operated by independent third-party designated merchants, sponsors, and partners (“Designated Merchants“).
  2. 11.2 All purchases, bookings, contracts, or transactions between Participants and Designated Merchants are exclusively between the relevant Participant and the Designated Merchant. The Organisers are not a party thereto.
  3. 11.3 Designated Merchants are independent contractors and not agents, employees, affiliates, or joint venturers of the Organisers for any purpose, including liability.
  4. 11.4 All product descriptions, images, prices, offers, and availability information are provided by Designated Merchants for reference only and subject to stock availability. Participants must verify details directly with the Designated Merchants.

12. Use of External Equipment

  1. 12.1 Personal audio equipment (e.g., headphones, earphones) is prohibited during workshops, classes, or activities requiring environmental awareness for safety. Participants must comply with all instructions and guidance given by instructors or event staff.
  2. 12.2 Professional recording or filming equipment, including cameras with detachable lenses, tripods, stabilisers, lighting rigs, or microphones, is subject to the prior written approval from the Organisers and may be restricted or prohibited at the Organisers’ sole discretion.

13. Intellectual Property

  1. 13.1 “Mannings BoostUP“, the Event logo, , and all related branding, trademarks, copyrights, and all other intellectual property rights are exclusively owned by the Organisers.
  2. 13.2 No Participant may use, reproduce, display, or distribute, or otherwise exploit any intellectual property of the Organisers without prior express written consent, including any use that may suggest endorsement by, or affiliation with, the Organisers.

14. Photography, Video, and Image Rights

  1. 14.1 The Organisers, its contractors, and authorised third parties may capture photographs, videos, audio, and other recordings throughout the Event (“Media Content“). The Organisers reserve the right to use the Media Content in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format.
  2. 14.2 To avoid capture, Participants must avoid filming zones.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

  1. 15.1 Any personal information provided by you will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://manningsboostup.com/privacy-policy/

16. Liability and Disclaimer

  1. 16.1 To the full extent permitted by law, the Organisers excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental loss, damage, injury, death, or expense arising from the Event.
  2. 16.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability for:
    • 16.2.1 Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
    • 16.2.2 Death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
    • 16.2.3 Any other matter for which it is not possible to exclude or limit liability by law.
  3. 16.3 Liability exclusions extend to the Organisers’ directors, employees, agents, and affiliates

17. General Provisions

  1. 17.1 Entire Agreement: These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between you and the Organisers and supersede any prior understandings or representations.
  2. 17.2 Severability: Invalidity of any provision does not affect remaining clauses.
  3. 17.3 No Waiver: Delayed enforcement does not waive rights.
  4. 17.4 No Third-Party Rights: Only parties to these T&Cs have enforceable rights.
  5. 17.5 Interpretation and Amendment: The Organisers reserve the absolute right to interpret these T&Cs, such interpretation being final and binding on all Participants. The Organisers may also amend these T&Cs at any time by notice, with continued participation constituting acceptance of such amendments

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. 18.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  2. 18.2 The parties agree that the courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising hereunder
