Mindful Calligraphy — Breathe to Boost Up*

After a short guided breathing practice, Ronsa will present a live one-stroke calligraphy demonstration accompanied by curated orchestral music. You will continue with your own writing practice, exploring rhythm, breath, and movement through ink and brush. The session will culminate in a collective writing moment with everyone coming together to create a “BOOST UP” card. You’ll leave feeling calmer, more focused, and with a personal piece capturing the energy of the experience. No prior experience required.

Ronsa Lee is an artist, calligrapher, and creative facilitator whose work explores the relationship between writing, rhythm, and the connection between body and mind. With over 8 years of experience in artistic practice, she has collaborated with international brands and cultural projects to create live art performances, and experiential creative activations. Ronsa encourages people to slow down, reconnect with their inner rhythm, and explore the relationship between movement, breath, and mark-making.

The maximum capacity for this session is 50 persons. (Pre-Reg Quota: 40)
