A: Mannings BoostUP is a two-day fiesta where one ticket gets you access to 40+ immersive wellness experiences across six zones, like a 'wellness
buffet.’ You can bounce from high energy sweaty sessions to deep recovery
and breathwork, from social raves to silent meditation, it's all here. What’s
more, Mannings’ Professional Health Team will also be on site offering a
range of complimentary health assessments. Think of it as wellness, but
reimagined, a true Hong Kong iconic event that's here to recharge your
body and mind.
A: Everyone. Whether you're a seasoned athlete, someone just starting their
wellness journey, or simply looking to meet like-minded people outside of a
screen, Mannings BoostUP is for everyone and anyone.
A: Mannings BoostUP will take place on 25–26 April at the Great Lawn @
West Kowloon.
A: We have 3 tiers of tickets, early bird ($100HKD), standard ($200HKD), and on-site ticketing ($300HKD). Children under 12 years old can enter the event for free. Organizer has the right to check HKID or any personal identification for verifications needed.
A: Typically just yourself, comfortable clothes. Specific events may have additional recommendations (like a yoga mat, running shoes), which will be clearly listed.

A: Unfortunately, you cannot.
A: Please make your purchase directly on the event website. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
A: Children under 12 years of age may enter the Event venue free of charge provided they remain under the continuous supervision of a ticketed parent or legal guardian throughout their attendance.
A: Early bird (Mar 18 – Apr 15): HKD100 (Single Day) / HKD180 (2-Day Pass)
Standard (Apr 16 – 24): HKD200 (Single Day) / HKD360 (2-Day Pass)
Onsite (Apr 25-26): HKD300
A: You can purchase either a single-day ticket or a 2-day ticket on our website.
A: Tickets are available on our website and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
A: Yes. Each ticket admits one person and may be transferred to someone else, but only one person may enter per ticket.
A: Yes, you will receive a wristband when you enter the event. Please keep it on and present it each time you re-enter.
A: No. For entry you must present the original ticket. Photocopies, scans, photos or other reproductions will not be accepted.
A: It depends on the class:
- Drop‑in classes: typically first‑come, first‑served on site — please queue at the designated area.
- Limited‑capacity or popular classes: require or allow pre‑registration — these will be clearly marked on the event website. If a class requires pre‑registration, you must register online to secure a place.
- Some classes accept both pre‑registration and walk‑ins; pre‑registered attendees are prioritised.
Always check the class listing on the event website for each session’s sign‑up rules, capacity and queuing instructions.
A: 1 class on 25 Apr, 2:00–3:00 PM. Sessions that require or allow pre‑registration will be clearly marked on the event website; please check the class listing and register when sign‑ups open to secure your spot.
A. The ticket includes admission and access to classes. Other expenses (e.g., food & beverages and vendor purchases) are payable by attendees.
A: The ticket confirmation will be sent to the email address you used when purchasing the ticket.
A: Some classes operate on a first-come, first-served basis. For classes that require advance registration, ticket holders will receive an email with a registration link prior to the event.
A: For the full class schedule, including times, locations, and instructor details, please visit the event website.
A: Some sessions require pre‑registration on Zicket website; participants must register in advance to secure a place. Drop‑in classes operate on a first‑come, first‑served basis — please queue at the designated area; staff will be on site to assist.
A: Most electronic payment methods are accepted throughout the event (e.g. VISA, MasterCard, Alipay, etc.). Some vendor booths may also accept cash.
A: A variety of food and beverage vendors will be on site offering snacks, light meals and non-alcoholic drinks.

If Red/Black rainstorm signals or Typhoon Signal 8 or above is enforced by 10am on event day morning, event shall be postponed or start at a later time. <br> If signals are effective during the event, event will be immediately cancelled. <br> If encountered unstable weather, rain or thunder warning during the event, please wait for official announcement on stage.
