The Dairy Farm Company, Limited trading as Mannings and 120 Collective Limited (collectively, the “Organisers“, “we“, “us“, or “our“) are committed to protecting your privacy. This Personal Information Collection Statement (“PICS“) outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and store your personal data when you purchase tickets for, enter the Event venue, and participate in the Event.

We comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (“HK Privacy Ordinance“) in Hong Kong. By participating in the Event, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in this PICS.

1. Collection of Personal Data

  1. 1.1 We may ask you to provide personal information in connection with your purchase of tickets for the Event and your attendance at the Event.
  2. 1.2 The data (“Personal Data“) that we may ask you to supply includes, without limitation, salutation, name, month of birth, identity card number, telephone number, email address, residential address, and payment account details. Also, when you use or when we provide you with our dietician and pharmacist advisory services, you may be asked to supply, without limitation, salutation, name, telephone number, month and date of birth, dietary habits and related information, medication records of patients/persons using related services, etc. Event.
  3. 1.3 Please note that it is mandatory for you to provide certain categories of Personal Data (as specified at the time of collection). In the event that you do not provide any Personal Data marked as mandatory, we may beunable to process your purchase of tickets for the Event and/or permit your attendance or participation in the Event.

2. Use and Disclosure of Personal Data

  1. 2.1 If you provide any Personal Data to us, you are deemed to have authorised us to collect, retain and use Personal Data about you for the following purposes:
  1. processing your tickets for the Event;
  2. verifying your identity;
  3. verifying your eligibility to participate in our Event;
  4. providing you with rewards, promotions, vouchers or services under any of our Event or lucky draws;
  5. providing you with customer service and responding to your queries, feedback or claims;
  6. performing research or statistical analysis in order to improve our products and services and for marketing and promotional purposes; and
  7. making such disclosures as may be required for any of the above purposes or as required by law or in respect of any feedback or claims made by you.
  1. 2.2 You further agree that we may disclose and transfer (whether in Hong Kong, Macau or abroad) your Personal Data to third party service providers engaged by us to assist with providing you with our services (including data entry, managing our customer database, contacting you regarding promotions, products, rewards, vouchers and redemption letters, delivery services and other customer service) and securely disposing of your Personal Data (“Third Party Service Providers“). These Third Party Service Providers are under a duty of confidentiality to us and are only permitted to use your Personal Data in connection with the purposes specified at 2.1 above, and not for their own purposes (including direct marketing). In limited circumstanceswhere you are asked to show your identity card number (as described at 1.2 above), this information will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
  2. 2.3 When necessary we may also disclose and transfer (whether in Hong Kong, Macau or abroad) your Personal Data to our professional advisers, law enforcement agencies, insurers, government and regulatory and other organisations for purposes specified in 2.1(g) above.
  3. 2.4 We may use your Personal Data (“Marketing Data“) to provide marketing materials to you relating to: (a) goods and services sold/offered in Mannings stores; (b) goods and services provided by our affiliates (including GNC, IKEA, Wellcome, Market Place, 3hreesixty, Oliver’s The Delicatessen, San Miu Supermarket, and 7-Eleven); (c) goods and services provided by our partners; (d) any future event provided by any of the Organisers. Such goods, services and future events for each of the foregoing shall include retail, cosmetics and beauty, health, personal care and medical, baby care, maternity care, insurance, financial, music, sports, betting (lucky draw), dining, travel, transportation, banking, electronics, home, household, textile, tele-communication, food and beverage, toiletries, grocery, office and business supplies, technology, outdoor, furniture, lighting, decor, media and publications (“Marketing Materials“), and if you are a member of the yuu Rewards Programme, we may use your Marketing Data to provide marketing materials relating to the yuu Rewards Programme and goods/services which may be redeemed under the yuu Rewards Programme or available as per the foregoing to you.
  4. 2.5 We may share aggregate data that does not allow you to be identified with third parties for various purposes (including marketing and advertising), and may use this data in order to better understand your needs and to improve and adapt our products and services.
  5. 2.6 Any personal information supplied by you will be retained by us and will be accessible by our employees, any Third Party Service Providers engaged by us and third parties referred to at 2.3 above, for or in relation to any of the purposes stated in 2.1 herein.

3. Right to Access/Correct Personal Data

    1. 3.1 Under the HK Privacy Ordinance, you have the right of access to personal information held by us and to request correction of the information.
