Balance & Strength Yoga*
In April 25th, star yoga instructor Coffee Lam takes over the BoostUP stage to lead a live yoga session. Whether you’re brand-new or a devoted practitioner, Coffee guides you through full-body strength work with a spotlight on the fusion of power and balance. These practices build and tone key muscle groups, refine your posture, and sharpen stability. It is a chance to connect with others, raise your energy, and step away feeling like the next-level, inside-out yoga pro.
